What applies during the free month?

Every new Stenowise account starts with a free month. For 30 days from the day you create the account, you dictate without a word limit.

Cost and end

You need no credit card for the free month and Stenowise charges nothing. It ends by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

See the time left

  • The sidebar shows “Free month” with the number of days left, for example “12 days left”.
  • Under Settings › Account, Your plan shows “Free month” and “Ends by itself on …, nothing is charged. After that, Free applies.”
  • The Time left row below shows, for example, “12 of 30 days left”.

When the free month ends

Seven days before the end you get an email with the subject “Your free month ends soon”. It names the date on which the free month ends.

After that, Free applies. With Free you dictate 2,000 words a week. Only an account with Stenowise Pro can create a shared dictionary. The weekly limit starts again every Monday. What happens when you reach it is described in What happens when the weekly limit is reached?

Frequently asked questions

Can I get Pro during the free month?

Yes. If you get Pro during the free month, your subscription starts when you book it. See Get Pro, manage and cancel your subscription.

Can I add a voucher code during the free month?

Yes. The discount applies to your first payment once you get Pro. See Redeem a voucher code.
