Get Pro, manage and cancel your subscription

With Pro you dictate without a word limit. You book and manage the subscription in your browser, and Stenowise opens the pages for you.

Prices

Prices include VAT. You pay by credit card.

Get Pro

1. Click Get Pro in the sidebar or under Settings › Account. Stenowise opens the booking page in your browser.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly.
3. Enter your billing address.
4. Click Continue to payment and enter your credit card.

Stenowise picks up the booking within a few seconds. Under Settings › Account, the plan card then shows Stenowise Pro with “€12.99 a month, renews on …” or “€119.88 a year, renews on …”.

Manage your subscription

Under Settings › Account, click Manage subscription. The subscription page in your browser shows your plan, the next renewal and the payment method. That is where you cancel and add a new card, see Invoices and payment methods.

Switch to yearly

If you pay monthly, the plan card shows “Paying yearly saves you €36 a year.”

1. Under Settings › Account, click Switch to yearly. Stenowise opens the subscription page in your browser.
2. Confirm with Yes, pay yearly from ….

The switch takes effect at the end of the month you paid for. Until then your month runs as booked, nothing is prorated and nothing is charged today. On the day of the switch €119.88 is charged for the first year, then every year on the same day. You get a confirmation by email, and the plan card shows “€12.99 a month until …, then €119.88 a year.”

A cancelled subscription cannot be switched. There is no switch from yearly to monthly.

Cancel your subscription

1. Open Settings › Account and click Manage subscription.
2. On the subscription page, click Cancel subscription.
3. Confirm with Yes, cancel as of ….

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Until then you keep dictating without a word limit. The app shows “Canceled” with “Runs until …, after that your account moves to Free.”
