Redeem a voucher code

With a voucher code, your first payment for Pro costs half. If you downloaded Stenowise through a partner link, it is already filled in when you sign up. Otherwise you add it in the app within 30 days of creating your account.
When you sign up
If you download Stenowise through a partner link and sign up from the same internet connection within 48 hours, the code is already in the “Voucher code (optional)” field on the sign-in page. Below it, the page says “Added from the partner link you used to download Stenowise.” Click Create account. Without a partner link, the sign-in page shows no field for the code. Add it in the app instead.
Add it in the app
- Open Settings › Account.
- Under Voucher code, enter the code in the “Code” field.
- Click Redeem.
Stenowise confirms with “Voucher code redeemed.” The row then shows the code with the date you redeemed it and “Your first payment costs half.” Before that, the same row shows until when you can add a code: “You can add a code until ….” Upper and lower case do not matter.
What the code does
Your first payment costs half: €6.50 instead of €12.99 for the monthly plan and €59.94 instead of €119.88 for the yearly plan. Renewals cost the full price. You can also add the code during the free month. Each account can have one code.
If you add the code after your first payment, Stenowise accepts it, but there is no discount any more. The app then shows “Your first payment has already been made, so the discount no longer applies.”
Error messages
